Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were excellent, offering a separate shower room and toilet. While not spacious enough for three adults, it was perfect for two parents and a child. Surprisingly bigger than expected, the room featured a beautiful bath with mountain views.
The hotel's rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, with the best shower in the world. The only downside was the limited storage space for a week of skiing. The service was excellent, going above and beyond expectations, especially with attentive hosts and daily room maintenance. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main town and just a short stroll from the main lifts. Dining options were satisfactory, offering a variety of choices to suit different tastes. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a range of amenities to enhance the stay.
The hotel was ideally located, just a short walk from the Pleney lift and convenient for exploring Morzine. The rooms were a bit small but kept very clean. The service was fabulous, with attentive hosts available day and night. The dining was good with a range of choices, although some aspects were disappointing. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location.
